NK 2222 Filter 7,000 Miles cut open

Good evening folks. Off a 2015 HEMI RAM of a friends. Regular cab work truck also. I’m guessing 5w30 and this filter. Looks good I will say that much; nothing more. Put a WIX on with some M1 0w40 as friend is like me or not a thin fan. Truck has almost 110k on it. Enjoy the pics

Wow, it seems like your friend drives about 50,000 miles per year!!! Straight, evenly spaced pleats, and metal end caps. Keep on truckin!!

Really like that center tube with lots of big holes! This is how a filter should look.

A quick google search brings up nothing on this filter. It looks amazing if you can get it cheap (without knowing the specs). Any idea how long this was in service for?

Not really sure how many months in service as forgot to ask friend when he had oil changed.

Looks like one of the many Made in China clones that are around. No idea on efficiency, but more than likely the same or better than most all OEM.

Looks decent, it is definitely a Chinese clone seen around here. It goes by many names. Ecogard blue filters being one that comes to mind quickly.

If it's an ecogard clone then efficiency might be 98.8% at 30 microns.
