Came out pretty good. instead of using my own rub I make I used dizzy dust. I like my rub a little better personally but my guests had no problem eating this
Grilled some ribs yesterday as well.
Dry rub the day before , 3 hours indirect cooking at 275F, grilled with sauce the last 20 minutes, set them aside on the cold side for about 10 minutes after last baste.
Pull off the bone tender and tasty.
