The criteria for listing a substance on an MSDS is not drinkability. Only hazardous substances need be listed, although companies may list other substances if they wish to.

On another note, people here seem to think of polyetheramine (PEA) as a single compound - it is actually a family of compounds with many different chemical structures and different effectiveness as a fuel detergent. Trying to compare fuel additives based on the percent of "PEA" is meaningless unless you know they contain the exact same PEA.

Except that combination called PEA ....trademarked as Techron by Chevron was patented by them so unless that patent is expired the forumlation is the same.

My question is HOW MUCH is still in the Concentrate product? It used to be at least 50% last year according to Chevron's own website.
