New Years Day/ Promotion Dinner

This was our New Years Day dinner... and also my promotion dinner, I was promoted on 1 JAN 2021, who would of guessed. And it will be the last promotion of my career as I will be forced to retire in three years. All cooked in the comfort of home. Used a air fryer to cook the lobster, Wife was against it but worked exceptionally well for timing, consistency, and outcome.

No, it was a cold water lobster tail (previously frozen) from COSTCO.
