Mobil 1 down to $22 from $26 for 5 qts.
Mobil 1 EP down to $26.50 from $28.?? for 5 qts.
Q Horsepower up to $20.50 from $18 for 5 qts.
Q Horsepower qts. up to $6.0?
Valvoline, Castrol, Pennzoil unchanged.

Q HP is now more than PP and qts were just a few cents less M1 qts!

Hmm..... Maybe I'll use those rebate forms after all! $12 for a 5QT jug

I hope my WM is lowereing it.

The decrease was inevitable (assuming this price will be generally available at all Walmart's). First it was the Mobil website $10 rebates, then the Advanced Auto Parts $30 deal for 5 quarts including a M1 oil filter, then the upcoming $10 off at Costco (May 11-31)...

this is not the proper forum for pricing....just kidding thanks for heads up..bout time M1 came down, at 22 i will start buying it again

[censored], I just bought a M1 5 qt jug about a week ago. I immediately sent in the rebate (which requires sending original receipt) so I wouldn't forget. Oh well.

Not at my local Wally World. I stopped by just this morning and the prices have not been changed.

The local Wal-Mart here has shrunk the Mobil area.

It is a 1/3 of the size before.

There is only M1 in 5w-20, 5w-30, 10w-30 and 0w-20. Mobil 5000 in all weights.

The Quaker state is much larger.

Pennzoil is largest.

Prices have not gone down here.

Bill

at the local walmart here the castrol products have the most then mobil and pennzoil/quakerstate or the same sizes with very small valvoline and havoilne areas
They biggest seller they said was Castrol 5w20 Qrts and 5 Qrt Jugs

Prices are down to $22 per 5qts at my WM. If anything they're expanding the selection of M1. They had "regular" 0-20,0-30,5-30,10-30,and 15-50. They had high mileage 10-40.

The EP was in 5-30,and 10-30 IIRC. They had 5-30 T&SUV,and 5-40 turbo diesel.

The 5-40 Turbo Diesel is in 4 quart jugs at the $22

How is $22 for 5 quarts of oil good?

When WM just sold QTP for $9 and I used the $10 rebate? My maximum cost threshold for a quart of brand name synthetic is now $2.85 since that is the most I have paid since 2007. Why pay more???

Mobil 1 down to $22 here also.. $26 for EP ... Kinda makes me mad I didn't wait to use my rebates! (Which I sent in April 1 and are still waiting for)

Q Horsepower is up to $20.50! This is unbelievable and strange to me. After selling for $18 for such a long time, I thought for sure it would eventually go lower as to clear out the stock and make room for the new line of Q synthetic! ...weird

Synpower $21, Platinum $20

With $10 rebate from Mobil, the net cost for 5 quarts M1 is $12 which is $2.4/qt. But you have to pay sale tax on full price of $22 and 42 cents stamp.
