new tpms installation slow leak

HI

I recently got a new set of wheels, tires and tpms sensors.

I had the tpms sensors installed and then the tires.

I have a slow leak in one of the tires.

I suspect the valve core is not fully tight.

Can I tighten it while it is under pressure (36 psi)?

Can I just tightened it or do I need to loosen it first and then tighten it?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Yes, you can tighten the valve core while under pressure.
