New Silverado with 80's paint scheme

I like the retro look and think it's a great idea to sell a few different looking trucks. These trucks all look about the same anymore. Even the brand new Dodge Ram's lost their Peterbuilt look. I would bet the retro addition would add a few thousand to the cost of that truck.
 
A local dealer had one like that on the lot, I think it looks terrible in my opinion. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So to each their own!

Click the link and read the article and find out the package is priced at $5,995. The green truck shown was a 2014 trade-in with 81K miles.

Not sure I agree the proportion of the white is off, pretty close to how it was and it did extend under the taillights. Not much they can do about the new taillights being larger but it looks weird in the back.

Could not find the exact truck … but had this popular two tone with the original 6.2L diesel in the 2500 series … (new) …

 
The more I see, the more I like it! They even have the fender badge down.

Interesting, though the proportions on the crewcab are weird.

I actually saw a 70's GMC Sierra Gentleman Jim last week in Tennessee.
