New Castrol PDS

For those curious, castrol has updated their syntec PDS.

Here

some new things, ht/hs, a handy spec chart, but still no ccs /mrv.

The HTHS values are simply the minimum for that grade, not the actual value.

The flash point is just minimum specification. The cold info is just maximums. No actual data given.

Those are the minimum mandated values. The real values are much higher, but Castrol doesn't share what they are.

GC is an ACEA A3 oil, as is the 5W-40 and 10W-40. The minimum HTHS value for an A3 oil is 3.5. Not only are they not giving real data, they can't even list the specifications right. What a bunch of bozos.
