04 Avalanche 163k miles, decided to replace them as I do not know how old the previous parts were. The old acc belt was a Continental, the serp belt was a Dayco therefore they were not original. Tensioners also don’t look original. I replaced them w new Gates. Install went well except the serp belt was difficult / tight fit. While I had the splash guard off, I went ahead i greased all 11 fittings on the suspension.

105 amp alternator equipped trucks take a GM# 12576450 (6PK2345), Gates K060923 (6PK2346) is the correct replacement.

140/145 amp alternator equipped trucks take a GM# 12576451 (6PK2365), Gates K060930 (6PK2365) is the correct replacement.

Catalogs have always been inconsistent with this, Most Avalanches came with a 140/145 amp alternator, So that's likely why the 6PK2346 is a real tight fit.

That AC Belt Tensioner looks to be original as it has a 2003 year code "3" on it.
