After a 7½ month delay it finally arrived Thursday. Delivered on Friday. The Motorrad plant suffered two shutdowns for Covid-19. Had a great summer riding the old 91 R100gs. After 28½ years she (Bette) is headed off to be a museum piece.

It arrived in perfect condition. It runs as great, as break in RPM's will allow. The trip computer is showing 56 mpg for the first 143 miles. Can't wait to take off the XR "Motocross" stickers off of it. Some pics below30 years

I'm picking up a new F900 XR TE this week. I went to the dealer interesting in buying a 1 year old used bike they had on the forecourt and took a test ride, but they offered me a ready-built, brand new one for around $500 more than the used one. Shut up and take my money!!

No pictures yet but it's in Light White with the comfort pack, plus luggage grid, topbox and BMW Navigator.
