Ok? JI case used a Scania V8 in one of their tractors at one time.
my friend sent me the pic, no idea why this rig is in illinois. i’ve never seen one since i moved to america.

i was a diesel tech for 7 years and only ever saw a couple V8s, CAT 3408 of course.

I grew out outside or Peoria, and I have a Cat motorhome and a Cat genset, if you can puncture my skin I'll bleed cat yellow.

I love the Scanias.
 
A Scania in North America is certainly a rare bird, can't say I've ever run across one on this side of the pond. Scania apparently does have a North America presence but it's limited to selling engines for marine, industrial and power generation applications.
