Help!! I unhooked all the wires in my ceiling fan and forgot what goes where...

In addition to the picture - there's one center light fixture that's not shown, there are two wires for it, one white and one black.

I think that the pull switch shown turned the center light on and off, not 100% sure though.

Can someone help me?

All 5 lights on pull chain switch:
Twist all 6 of the white wires together. Cap off.
Twist 5 black wires from lights to black wire of switch. Cap.
Hook black wire that comes down the center tube to the white wire of switch. Cap.

With all 5 lights on the switch, you can run the fan with the lights on or off.

Does this fan/light setup have two switches on the wall? One for the fan and another for the lights. If it does, that's another story.

you said "Twist 5 black wires from lights to black wire of switch. Cap."

The black wire that comes down the center tube goes directly into the pull switch. There are two wires coming from the pull switch, a red and blue wire.

Which wire coming from the pull switch do I hook to the other black wires? red or blue?

Ok, Then hook the black of the 4 upper lights to to one (red/Blue) and the bottom light black to the other (red/blue), then when you pull the switch and it toggles between the 4 top lights or the bottom one light.
