Need help mounting a 3' X 5' flag

I'm having a world of trouble trying to get my flag to stay mounted to brick. It's the only place I can mount it. Been here for four months and I'm still having problems with it.

I've tried masonry screws. I had it working for about 4 weeks using Gorilla clear glue. Tried liquid nails the other day.

Suggestions? Links to pics would be appreciated!

Could you use this and epoxy them in ? You would need to clean the other glues out first.

Tap Cons or drop in anchers . Into the brick , not the mortar .

+1 on tapcons
Used them to mount a hand rail to a brick wall.
The hand rail is rock solid, after 8 years now.
