Need Deck Rugs

We just bought 3 big rugs for our deck. The problem is they release this white powder? I pressure washed them and they dried and still
when you pat them, you get a talcum powder shower. I want some thin ones but I don't want them holding water. Any suggestions?

If they don't have to be made out of a rug like material you can get the ones that a lot of us RV'ers use. They're a braided plastic (best way to describe it). Don't hold water, can be rinsed off to clean, and are pretty durable.
