My dad just got a 2001 Benz CLK320 with no owners manual! I found a sticker under the hood saying Mobil1 is recommended. But no weight was spec. Anyone have this car living in 20-90 degree
temp area?

That car should take about 9.5 liters of Mobil-1 0W-40.

However, the engine is also spec'd for 0W-30, 5W-40, 10W-40, etc. It's a beast so it isn't very picky about what it eats.

OK, here's an 'oil weight answer'. All engine oil weighs about 0.9 times as much as water.

So, which is heavier ? A pound of oil, or a pound of water ?

Which is more dense ?
