Zama is a Stihl parts supplier... and that's no Zama. Maybe you'll get lucky and it'll actually work. Or, maybe not.

Then after getting the parts list, enter the rebuild kit part number into eBay. eBay is the only place you'll find parts for Stihl without going to a factory authorized Stihl dealer.

Sometimes you can look at the carb and get the numbers off of it to buy a kit, but not always. Definitely get a rebuild kit instead of buying a cheap Chinese replacement carb.
