Napa proselect 27047 after 4,750 Mi on 2015 Toyota Rav4

Valvoline synthetic 5w-20 out (I have a stockpile of this, and it was for summer)

Xado 0w-20 and OEM YZZA1 in

Proselect looks exactly like it did when it went in. No tearing as seen in the spin-on Proselects.

As a side note, has anybody had trouble with the blue Toyota crush washers sticking really hard to the pan? I’ve had this happen twice now.

It's funny that you mention the crush washers... Toyota seemed to have changed them a couple of years back, from the "softer" blue material on the crush washer to now the smooth, shiny blue, and now the always stick to the oil pan. I have a flathead screwdriver designated to be used for non-screwdriver chores 🙂 I put the screwdriver against the crush washer where it meets the oil pan, give the screwdriver a couple of light taps, and the crush washer pops off. I prefer the old crush washer design, but it seems they are gone.

Thank you for the C&P

How does the Proselect compare to the YZZA1?
