You still have the get the front end up, then when it's up, need to lift the rear. When doing this, the car will want to shift, causing a potential to topple over. This is the case with any stand. These may be marginally more stable due to the configuration.
Because of the placement, you have another challenge when doing suspension or brake work. That will mean you'll need to keep another type of Jack stand around to unload one quarter of the car.
Overall I like the concept, but not the bulkiness. These are larger than the jackpoint stands, and don't allow intrinsic access to the tire and brake.
If I were rotating tires, I'd likely just lift the side with two jacks and swap real quick.
