If it's unmarked, 99% sure it would be for the coolant temp.

I drove a VW Phaeton recently, and it had an oil temp gauge and was marked as such. I don't think it had a coolant gauge IIRC.

The temp. gage on my dash.....Is this the Oil temp. or the coolant temp???

It's almost certain to be your coolant temperature unless the gauge is labeled for oil temperature.
