That type of memory leaves a mark that will never go away.
My first time seeing a dead young person who had barrel rolled their vehicle is like that. There was no helping him. One thing that truly struck me was how his brain looked exactly like a couple of pictures looked like in our textbooks. And the other thing was the road rash on the side of his face. I can close my eyes and still see him easily.
