i know the feeling. my aunt died of brain cancer long ago. Was depressing seeing her slowly degrade in independence, motor function, and response. Never got to say thank you to her for the times she took care of me and went above and beyond. One of my biggest regrets.

It's weird how that works. When we lose a loved one we think of so many regrets. Especially just being able to have one more chance to tell them we love them.
