So, the topic YouTube site came up on my YT feed a couple weeks ago. Recently been trying to find out where the turn it is located but no joy. Wondering if anyone on the forum recognizes or knows the location of turn?

The latest posting is of a 4Runner and while I generally feel sorry for the drivers, this one did make me laugh. Though I don't believe it violates any policy here, feel better saying if interested Google TheOGturn.

If nothing else, I think you'll find it entertaining/amusing. The aforementioned 4runner in "shorts". Wherever it is, the turn location seems currently under the radar.

Based on the snow & ice on the road in the video we know it's a winter location... sorry that's all I have.
Might be a message to the YT channel to ask or scour the comments section to see if one has posted it?

That 4Runner was flying and man did that hit hard .Im sure they were sore for days after that

Yeah, no doubt. He/she was as they say "Comin in Hot"! I noticed on one vid (captioned inside: "how it started") the police car in view has its ID on the doors blotted out. I think safe to say the yt maker prefers to keep the location under the radar for as long as possible.

Just wish he was a bit more specific. It's right in the Pocono area, using Google maps looks like fair amount of winding curvy roads in the area. I'm still looking.

I dont like to put the location because of the amount of people that threaten me and local government workers. There are apparently alot of civil engineers out there that can tell alot about a turn by a few videos on youtube. There is also the risk of people trying to show off on the turn and getting someone innocent injured. Even reasonably local people probably dont know where the turn is. If someone wants to confirm im real, go to the trailer video and comment "bob" and ill respond "is the oil guy".

Thanks for checking in @theogturn guy. How many fails have you filmed so far? Some look pretty serious with likely injuries.

I've lost count over the years, youtube makes it seems worse then it really is. There have only been two times when an ambulance was needed, and both times seemed more precautionary (but im not a Dr) . I still won't post those though just in case, hurt egos and cars is one thing.
