You don't need central AC in Calgary. A couple of weeks of heat around 85F if we're lucky in the summer. Quite dry here as well. There aren't really HOA's in Calgary. There are plenty of municipal bylaws that cover the whole city to keep things clean. Are you sure you want to come here? Notice the -36C nighttime temperature.
