lots of speculation, but I don't think there's a definitive answer besides "someone in Germany"... Based on the PDS and VOA's out there, it does seem to be a proprietary fluid vs. something that's sold under the Pentosin/Castrol/Motul brand.
I've used it across multiple vehicles and in my climate at least it's awesome. Seems to be the thickest fluid that's not notchy in the cold--but my definition of "cold" isn't that cold... (30's F).

I’m thinking Castrol.
The guess is Castrol. The bottle just says "made in Germany" or at least did the last time I looked.
