I remember when I look, it is marked FO.MO.CO. (Ford Motor Company), then I think it is done in USA. According to you, these filters ford, or are of poor quality

If you're confident it is a genuine aftermarket OEM part, then I would not doubt the quality of it. Ford is pretty anal about their oil filters ..at least in the USA.
that part number is interesting. 6714 is a base number for an oil filter usually used on farm equipment. the new FL-500S has that base number as well. most ford filters used in the US use the 6731 base number. the FL-820S for example has a real part number of F1AZ-6731-BD
