Has anyone ever used a Motorcraft FL-822 on a Honda or Acura? It is the equivalent to the Wix 51356 or M1-110 filter. I have used the MC filters on Fords in the past and thought they were quality products. Has anyone ever tried one on a Honda?

The year, make and model of a car don't make a difference in regards to the quality of an oil filter. They are good filters, no matter what car they go on.

I was looking around for an FL813 for my old LUV before I decided to quit buying from Bosch. Never found one. If you do, if it fits, could be a good oversize. In the past, I know AC's were much better than similar priced brands. I would assume Ford would insist of quality too. They do hold out for thread end bypasses.
