Motorcraft Blend 5W-30 - I don't know why but I thought it was a little worse than 13% Noack and (almost) 8.5 TBN.

I remember when it was the cheapest "blend" you could buy. I don't know exactly what happened but at some point a price realignment occurred. I've speculated that Ford may have been getting some pushback from the dealers about the prices it was available through other sources for. But then maybe everyone else just got cheaper and they didn't (in relative terms).

I remember it being name brand conventional price when introduced in 2001 but then my memory may be faulty.
For an oil that was at least 40% GIII I don't remember it being a bad price in that market.
