I replaced the OEM Motorcraft battery in my 2007 GT500 in 2010 after three years because the seal on the negative post failed and corroded the terminal, but it still started the car just fine. I replaced it with another Motorcraft battery and it is still running strong after almost six years in the Arizona heat. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Motorcraft battery when this one fails. If you're a Costco member try finding a local Ford dealer that participates in their Auto parts program and print out a parts & accessories coupon from the Costco Auto site and use it for 15% off parts purchases.
