Moriarity's Lawn Mower

Mark Moriarity is a bit of a legend in some circles. He’s probably the world’s most renowned restorer off all things crazy and wacky from the late 1950’s up through the 1960’s. He’s restored and owned many original Ed Roth cars, the Car Craft Dream Rod, the Futurian, and others. Put shortly, the man knows his stuff.

In any case, Mark recently stumbled upon a crazy old lawn mower. He didn’t have any serious projects in the shop, so he figured he would clean it up a bit. Boy did he… Check it out:

Years ago I saw a row of 20 restored outboard motors in a mechanical museum. It was very cool.

Now I want to see a score of restored lawn mowers!
