mopar oil

I just bought a new Dodge Ram Hemi Sport last night and was at the service dept getting my bedliner installed today.
I asked the adviser how much for an oil change, first said 21.95 then changed it to 29.95 because it was a hemi and took 1 extra qt of oil. He told me Mopar supplied oil was Kendall. Must be really good to cost $8 for 1 extra qt. Yeah right.

Be my guess that Mopar buys their oil from whoever has the best price. Your dealer may use kendall, they may have given him the best price or someone that works there has a brother that works at a kendall supplier near you.

My closest jeep dealer uses Pennz and the dealer where I bought my jeep has QS.
