Mobilgear 600 XP 220 for use in rear differential

Any thoughts on using this oil in a non-limited slip rear end. Viscosity and wear ratings (EP-5) look good. I am not sure about anti-foaming characteristics. This oil is manufactured for use in helical/bevel enclosed gear drives under heavy wear loads.Conpatible with brass/copper and a wide range of seal materials
 
It's 220 cSt at 40°C, with a really low VI. The pour point is -11°F. It will have horrible cold weather performance.
