I am from Italy, so sorry if my English is not very good.
Analysis by Blackstone Laboratories.
Vehicle: Renault Clio 1.2 74 kW (turbo) Euro 4 year 2009; engine: D4F 784.
Kilometres on the oil: 34,000 (21,000 mi) (estimated hours: 1150).
Kilometres on unit: 132,000 (82,000 mi).
Make up oil added: 1.9 litres (2 qt).
Number of months the oil was in service: 36.
Driving conditions: 90% city, 10% highway.
Estimated average length of trips: 8 km (5 mi).
Many short trips.
I used to change the oil every 20,000 km (12,500 mi).
At the previous service (98,000 km on unit) I replaced the air filter and the valve cover gasket.
Standard oil filter (brand: Tecnocar; 66,000 km (41,000 mi) on it) was replaced 2 services ago.
Blackstone Laboratories comments: Thanks for the note about the valve cover gasket. That work may be related to the high iron and copper readings, although they were high in 2015 too, when presumably no work had been done, so maybe not. You're running about oil about five times longer than average, so that's part of the reason for the extra metal. Fuel is present at 2.0%. Silicon is a little high, maybe sealers from the new valve cover gasket. It wouldn't hurt to check the air filter anyway, just in case. Insolubles look good and the TBN still has active additive left. Try 36,000 km next.
