This run on the oil began in March and went through August. Driving conditions with this interval was 60% city and 40% highway. Lots of stop and go. This oil has been run exclusively since 1500 on the odo when I changed to the M1. The batch has a little less than 600 ml of 15w50 added at the fill with the 5w30 since it takes a little over 5.5 quarts.

The filter Wix. Gas 87 octane. Fuel adds Lucas UCL 3x and Techron 1x

Looking great.

If I'm not mistaken, did this oil shear slightly.

Don't know Mike.

It should have read a little higher, but I am not complaining!

This truck is do for a coolant change and plugs which will be done before next interval or February.

Michael,

The Mobil Data sheets show a viscosity of around 10.5 cSt, but VOAs for this oil are around 10.0 cSt, the viscosity shown on this UOA is approximately 9.82 cSt, could be lab tolerances or slight fuel thinning.

The more I look at this sample it surprises me that the metals went down so quick from break in. I was expecting higher metals early on.
