Better at what? What does "better" mean to you?
Looking at the oils in the bottle, the VOAs are both going to show products which are targeted at their market application and be perfectly fine for those uses.
Looking at anecdotal stories, you'll hear success and failure stories of both.
Looking at UOA data, it's a fools game, as there is simply no way anyone here has the time/money to do a real world study which aptly controls inputs, tracks variables, and gets enough samples to ever come close to making a statistically viable conclusion.
