Mobil SHC Marine oils??

Lurking on XM site ..found Delvac 1 SHC and Mobilgard have a TBN of 16. Higher than the already superb 12 of Delvac 1. This stuff doesn't seem to available anywhere. With such a good TBN ..could we now see a product worthy of UXOCI (ultra extended oil change interval) ?? spec sheet
