Mobil M1-101 Fitler and RP motor oil.

5,000 miles more or less from my Pontiac Grand Prix V6. I actually got a one MPG improvement, but I also replaced my Secondary Air Pump and PCV. So that may have done it. The oil had a purple tint coming out of the pan, and the filter looked good. Car stays on the highway. Sorry for the less then awesome photos. The [censored] on the filter is from the angle grinder.

RP and a Mobil 1 filter can go a lot further than 5K.
Your engine will run nearly forever on regular dino and oil filters changed at 5K.
