Manufacturer specifies a sample taken both before and after a 15 minute engine run when chips are detected.

Also sent the chips in for SEM analysis.

That UOA isn't a Blackstoned one ! Did a chip detector light turn on, or was the metal noticed during servicing?

Looks more like gear splines shedding.

"Good afternoon,

Looking at both JetCare material analysis reports, 100C6 material (approx. 30) was found on Engine S/N xxxxx @ TSN: 5009.59 hrs on 31 Jul 21. From the second JetCare material analysis report, additional 100C6 material (approx. 30) was found @ TSN 5034.56 hrs on 13 Aug 21:

- 100C6 Material is associated with low speed bearings of the Module 01 Accessory Gearbox,

- 100C6 Material is also found on the segments of the Front gas generator bearing and the Power Turbine bearing.

Due to the type of material, the quantity of particles found and the number of occurrences, our recommendation would be to remove the engine from service, perform a Level C Maintenance in order to replace M01 and inspect the Front gas generator bearing and the Power turbine bearing on the M02."
