What do the following terms mean?

This was taken from the Mobil Drive clean 10W-40 MSDS list.

CAS# 68649-42-3 is Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate, a commonly used anti-wear agent. It is referred to simply as ZDDP on this site.

Alkylated Phenol appears to be either an anti-oxidant or a dispersant to me, but this is just my best guess as I have a limited chemical background.
