Mobil - 6k-15k miles to deal with severe sludge

Mobil make an interesting claim about how to clear up severe sludge.

What do you think?

Well note their words sludge reduction and help with the sludge. Do they claim to completely clean the engine?

It could help to reduce sludge, at a price, over a long term...

Much quicker and much cheaper to use diesel tbh.

IMO....Conventional Rotella, Delo, Delvac, NAPA or any generic 10w30 or 15w40 etc....will do a great job in the initial engine clean up with deposits and/or sludge.
