Mobil 1 w/Redline 7,500 miles

Mobil 1 M1-210 filter cut open. Used Redline 5-30 for 7500 miles.

That was my original plan, but it’s winter and I was bored and had a warm afternoon. So what the hell. I’ll run this one 10K

Purolator with bosch string all the same filters. They are good filters but just not completely reliable, I haven't seen the filter media tear but I have seen the ADBV get munched.

The filter held up well. To me this M1 looks like an economy filter not a "premium" one. The media looks very thin to me for a premium filter.

I have used the old Mobil 1 filters that were made by Champ Labs. I won’t use the new Purolator made ones.

I wouldn’t put in the premium category. It held up fine and pleating is uneven and the string looks like an old mans sock that want stay up

Will stick with Fram Ultra, Wix, or NAPA Gold oil filters now, to include their air filters as well. Though I do lean towards Wix air filters...

Boring is good.

Seems to have held up pretty well I guess.
I would like to see the vehicle/engine and ODO when people post a used filter C&P.
