If you don't need the limited slip additive of the Mobil-1 or Valvoline then Mobil sells their Delvac-1 75W-90 gear oil which is simply fantastic stuff. It's $10,99 per quart from Summit Racing if you have any desire to mail order it.

I like 'em both. I also like Supertech synthetic. But in the rear of my Jeeps, I run the Mobil 1 75w140 because I believe they have PAO in it and that it would hold up to hard use better. But that's just a guess. I'm sure the Valvoline and Supertech would handle the job, too. I am also sure I change the diff fluid often enough that it doesn't really take full advantage of the capability of any of them.
