Can we assume this is your first UOA? The Al is high obviously. Can you elaborate on the work done?

No work done engine drives very smooth used bmw tpt oil before this was the first time with mobil esp. Doesn’t burn any oil between changes. might use bmw ll01 next time instead of bmw ll04 to address the aluminum.

Just keep testing if you can. Could just be a one time thing. If it continues I'm sure MB allows for a 40 grade & something like Mobil 0w-40 FS would be another alternative.

Question: Did you just drain the old oil, add the fresh ESP, run it, and then run the UOA? Did you do a second drain before runing the UOA? I'm asking if the oil tested is a mixture of the old and new oil. Did you establish a base line for the fresh fill?

You are right i did this test esp being used once so it had bmw tpt 5w30 dealer oil before I should take another reading when i change the oil a second time with the same esp.
