Been around for a while but only recently been available in 5 qt jugs. Probably the best oil M1 makes, much higher HTHS, and many more manufacturer approvals than AFE (Based on ACEA C3). There is also a 5w30 version.

$32.99 in NYC, so with tax $6.99 a quart, that's pretty good. I scored some of this stuff from Advance Auto Parts with a coupon for $6.20 a quart, meaning a 5 quart jug for $31.00

Interesting, I have been using M1 EP/EP HM as I thought that was Mobil's top 5w30
Maybe I'll give this stuff a try next time
Believe this is more of a (Euro) diesel engine oil, although it would work fine with low sulfur gasoline, it has older gas ratings (SN & older).
So it's SN, not Plus or SP
So this oil isn't the best for newer GDI/LSPI prone engines?
I wonder if this would help prevent deposits on intake valves for DI engines? at least better than other synthetics?
