Used it several times in 2017 & 2018 5.3L … I let Costco card go … but do miss the singles used with a 5 quart jug for those 8 quart engines …
Good oil, use with confidence following auto manufacturer's recommended interval.
If the OCI is 10k miles or less, it doesn’t make sense to spend the extra $2.
M1EP is cheaper per 5 quarts this year because of the odd rebate structure.

Used it for over 100K miles in my 2016 5.3 Tahoe. No issues with it. Then I went to Mobil 1 EP. Just yesterday put in Mobil 1 Truck&SUV oil as Napa had it on sale in my neck of the woods. Have used only OW20 from the get-go. Now have 115K miles.
What is the difference?
PAO base and stronger additive pack.
EP is their old and time proven product line, I’d use it with confidence.

Mine sounds the same with PUP or EPIt cheap because it makes your engine LOUD!!!
SP oils are better than previous oils as preventing wear. PAO isn't the best at preventing wear.
Who says that PAO not good ? The anti-wear magic is all in additives
