Mobil 1 0w 30 or Synpower 5w 30

I just stopped by my local walmart earlier and saw that the price of M1 went down. I'm currently running Valvoline Synpower 5w 30. The M1 is only a buck more. Should I run the M1 instead? Are both oils group 4?

Both are essentially group 3. M1's EP product is a group 4, and around here its $4 more (for a 5q jug) than the normal M1. but, do you really need it?

Run the 0w30 AFE,better oil then the plain 5w30....

Regular M1 is about 50% 4. The other oils are higher in 4, but no doubt they all are a blend of some sort. Synpower is 3 as far as I hear on BITOG.

I was thinking about running the M1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w 30 because I have read that it's the best of the M1 oils and it's the same price as the other weight oils with the exception to M1 EP.

What group does Quaker State fall into? And what about Pennzoil PP. Both are made by shell. I'll stay away from the Castrol unless Walmart starts to sell the GC 0w 30

Between M1 0W30 and Synpower 5W30, M1 0W30 would be my choice, specially with $10 rebate Exxon/Mobil is having on M1 AFE right now.
