MMO or Rislone?

Have a 1987 4x4 2.9 Ranger Truck it has a little blue smoke from exhaust will MMO or Rislone clean things up enough to stop or slow down the smoke and oil burning? Thanks

If your oil burning is due to stuck rings, either will help free the rings up.

If the oil burning is due to worn rings, they might slow it down but not stop it

While both are good, I do prefer MMO.
