Spam and sausage sammies around 4 when the ARCA race comes on Speed. Chicken around 6. Gotta root for Frank Kimmell in the 44 car. He used to live 2 houses down from me until he moved to the country.

I wen to the dollar store and there was a thick slice of spam in a foil type pacl like tuna is packed it !!! I am getting some for back packing.
 
Vincent I cook at releatively low temps usually 225-250 or so and I always use a digital meat thermometer to keep track of the internal temp. Takes all the quesswork out.
 
Sorry, I got side tracked by going to Fleet Farm, Church, then my girlfriend's arrival.

What internal temperature do you cook to? 170?
