Nothing too fancy, really simple.
These amounts are for the two loaves you see:
About 2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups multigrain flour
2 cups white flour
about 2-3 tablespoons gluten
2 cups water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons of salt, IIRC
2-3 tsp yeast, IIRC
We have a KitchenAid, so kneading takes about 5-6 minutes
I preheated the oven to 400*, put in the bread, and dropped the temp to around 325* for about 1/2 hour, and I think that kept the crust from getting too dark.
