I have a 55gal drum of chevron delo 15w-40 and some gallon bottles of various brands. Is it okay to mix these oils together? All are 15w-40.

No worries. Mix away.
Some will tell you mixing add packs will limit the effectiveness of both.
It likely won't hurt anything but its probably not the best either.
Personally I would just use up the smaller stock first - mixing those if needed - and leave the drum with the same oil. IMHO.

You can mix them with no problem

It's a running joke when the topic is brought up. Of course you can mix motor oils together.
So, all my cars (except the Rio) take 5.2 - 5.3 quarts every OCI. So, each car gets a 5QT dump in of whatever flavor I'm using, plus a squirt extra to get to full line with whatever I have on hand........typically a HM variety like Havoline, where I get a 6 quart box for the Rio. I also have a few quarts of Mobil 1. All good.
No worries as long as it is API rated SP. All my oils are.

Any API license includes ASTM D6922.
That's what happens when drama meets llama.
I try not to mix but if I need to add oil then different oil is ok.
I'd say keep the 55 gallon drum pure and mix all the small randoms and use them in whatever.
To me the whole point of mixing is to use up the oil you have on hand so you don't have to buy more to do a job such as an oil change on a car or small engine.
