I am trying to watch a video re: oil shearing on this website but my media player says I am missing a codec program. Never had this before but followed the links to a free download sit but cannot complete the download. How do I fix this?

What file format is the video? Is it an .avi?

It'd be helpful if you posted a link to the actual video (or the site it's on).

on the bottom of the main page is a BOBISTHEOILGUY.com link. after clicking it click on the box on the left that says effects on shearing. At the very bottom of that page is a link that say to see some videos on barrior lubes... click on that and a list of videos comes up that I cannot view. I see now that it says in small print must be viewed with IE Browser (little e in bottom left of screen). Whether I try to view this in IE or Firefox I get the same message. An audio codec is needed to play this file. To determine if this codec is available to download from the Web, click Web Help. There is the link.
